This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made through the Safety Eye Guard Store.

1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee starting from the date your order is delivered. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it through a return, exchange, or adjustment (depending on the product and issue).

2. Prescription Products (Rx) — Important Note

Prescription eyewear is custom-made using the prescription information you provide. Because prescription products are personalized, they may require an exchange/remake or adjustment process instead of a standard return in some cases.

If you believe there’s an issue with your prescription lenses or fit, contact us right away so we can troubleshoot and guide you to the correct resolution.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns/exchanges are commonly approved for issues such as:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received
  • Damage upon arrival
  • Fit/comfort concerns (frame-related)
  • Prescription concerns (case-by-case, typically handled via remake/exchange)

4. Items Not Eligible (common exclusions)

Depending on the situation, the following may not be eligible:

  • Items showing heavy wear, misuse, or damage not caused by manufacturing
  • Products altered after delivery by a third party (case-by-case)
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

5. Return/Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. If requested, provide photos (helps speed up approvals).
  3. We’ll provide instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Note: The program often includes a prepaid return label for a one-time return/exchange process (where applicable and as approved).

6. Refunds

If your return is approved for a refund:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time can vary by bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product (where permitted by law).

7. Exchanges

If your return is approved for an exchange:

  • We’ll confirm the replacement details (frame, size, lens options, etc.).
  • Replacement timing depends on production requirements (Rx orders may take longer).

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production (especially prescription orders), cancellation may not be possible.
